The Apartment PI is located in an old building of the Pinheiros Hippodrome. This project began with the client's contemporary pop influences, later adapting to the more sober style of his partner. Located in an old brick building with a concrete structure, we reorganized the layout to position the social spaces in the prime areas of the apartment, more exposed to natural light.

The central service core, initially vibrant in pop tones, was refined to a cleaner look, now standing out in a shade of red that references the original palette of the building, in the tones of the first installed ceramics and bricks. With an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, living room, and balcony, the project preserves historical elements such as the balcony balustrade, creating a visual link with the surrounding greenery. The circular layout around the central core facilitates movement between spaces, maximizing both natural and artificial light, creating a dynamic and functional atmosphere throughout the apartment.
