The client's contemporary lifestyle guided the project, answering their practical and independent habits. Being in contraposition to the patterns of apartments, made for family life and employee dependency.

Learning about the client's predisposition, it was necessary to rethink the standard apartment, considering the necessity of the old rooms (second bedroom, employee room and bathroom) underused.

Those rooms were reprogrammed, attending to users needs but also seeing the possibility of future adaptations.

Along with the clients, a flexible plan was designed, in order to work efficiently today and easily rearranged in the future.
