The innovative concept of the Housing Complex Buds rejects the traditional separation of dwellings, proposing an architectural unit that emphasizes shared spaces while respecting the individual privacy of each resident. The integration of natural elements, such as wood, brick, pre-oxidized copper, and glass, creates cozy and visually appealing interiors, while a nature-inspired color palette promotes tranquility. Modular furniture optimizes space in apartments of various sizes. The project offers two housing typologies, balancing individuality and community, with zoning to ensure privacy. A central shared space stands out, featuring natural and modern elements, including a central pool, social areas, and services like a gourmet space and coworking area. The strategic layout and semi-transparency of the steel curtains encourage interaction and socialization among the residents of the complex.
